Are you about to be recruited for an airline and want to prepare well for it? Especially for you, we have created workshops that will help you practice the recruitment process and interview. You will overcome stress, increase your self-confidence and learn how to successfully go through each stage of recruitment.

What does the workshop program look like?
Day one
Theoretical training at Widok Towers with a psychologist and an airline pilot
Day two
Individual classes at the Warsaw-Babice airport
Why is it worth participating in workshops?
The workshops will help you learn and thoroughly understand the key requirements for working in the aviation industry, as well as:
- You will perform a specialized computer test and complete a personality questionnaire.
- You will receive detailed feedback on your strengths and areas that need strengthening.
- You will take part in a simulator session, according to a scenario prepared by an experienced instructor responsible for conducting assessments for one of the airlines.
- You will practice the most difficult maneuvers appearing on exams.
- You will test your skills in a simulated recruitment session – while flying on a simulator with another training participant
- You will learn how to avoid mistakes and how to cooperate effectively using MCC good practices.
- You will practice IFR flights.
How long do the recruitment workshops last?
Based on the experience of our graduates and instructor-pilots, we have created a training package covering all elements of the selection and screening process for airlines.
Day one: We work in small groups. Classes take place at our headquarters in the heart of Warsaw, in the Widok Towers skyscraper (100 meters from Metro Centrum). The classes are conducted by an aviation psychologist and pilot with extensive experience in recruiting and assessing candidates, as well as an airline pilot with in-depth knowledge of ATPL and operational issues.
Day two: This time, we meet for classes at our base at Warsaw-Babice Airport. You will work individually.
End: At the end of the training, you will receive personalized feedback summarizing the two days of training and tips for further work.
