Łukasz Nowakowski

Theoretical instructor in the field of Human Factor

Professional airline pilot and aviation psychologist. Member of the European Association for Aviation Psychology (EAAP). Graduate of Psychology at the University of Wrocław. He also completed studies in Aviation Safety Management (SMS) at Lazarski University in Warsaw.

He gained practical professional experience at the Military Institute of Aviation Medicine in Warsaw and at the Main Aviation and Medical Research Center in Wrocław.

His passion for aviation began when he first boarded a plane as a 9-year-old. Then he saw the pilot waving through the window and decided that one day he would sit at the controls in the cockpit. Today his dream came true. He obtained his first pilot license at the age of 19. As a professional psychologist, he has knowledge and skills in the field of competence assessment and experience in conducting recruitment processes.

At UnitedSky, he lectures on Human Performance and Limitations during ATPL theoretical courses and is responsible for assessing students in 100 KSAs. He also co-conducts workshops preparing for airline job interviews.
