Maciej Broda
Accountable Manager (AM), Simulator Technician
A professional pilot holding a CPL(A) license with IR(A) ratings and a total of 300 flight hours.
His passion for aviation has been growing since childhood. Fascinated by model building, he constructed airplane models and eagerly read books about aviation and aircraft design. In 2008, he completed a basic glider training, which became the first step towards his professional aviation career. In 2013, he obtained his Private Pilot License PPL(A), which he gradually expanded with further qualifications.
At the beginning of 2022, he joined the UnitedSky team, taking on responsibilities that extend far beyond standard pilot duties. He manages office operations, maintains relations with clients and the Civil Aviation Authority, and has also developed specialized skills in operating flight simulators. In 2023, he completed a simulator technician training in France, organized by ALSIM – a leading simulator manufacturer. Since then, he has been responsible for the operation and maintenance of the AL250 and ALX simulators at UnitedSky. At the same time, he continues to enhance his skills to obtain the full set of qualifications required to apply to airlines.
Beyond aviation, his interests include automotive, history, and the military, further enriching his profile as a well-rounded professional.
